If you wish to return your order you will be required to pay for the postage cost. You will receive a refund within 14 days of IVY OAK DESIGN receiving the item back. This is in accordance of the consumer rights act 2015. Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised orders.
I would like to take this time to assure you on our health and safety measures during COVID-19. Our studio is based in our family home. It is a family run business so only household members will be in the studio. We will only be able to send out A6, A5, A4 size prints. All prints come in a protective cellophane slip and a cardboard mailer. Postage times may vary but we would advise to allow 7 working days once the product has been posted.
