We ship to anywhere within the UK - If you are an international customer please use the contact page to enquire. All postage will have 'proof of postage' Due to the current pandemic we can not and will not be held responsible for situations out of our control such as Royal Mail delays. We will keep our customers updated as much as possible. All postage will be sent first class. If you require next day delivery please get in touch as this will be possible but at an extra cost. If your parcel is 'missing' but has been delivered according to the Royal Mail tracking then we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse or replace the item. We encourage all customers to check with neighbours // safe places before contacting us. More often than not the post man has left your parcel with your neighbour or returned it to the local depot. If your parcel has been lost in the post then we will replace the item after Royal Mail's 10 working day time limit.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand sometimes you may change your mind and that is ok. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it in the condition it left our studio. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or made to order products. Each product will clearly state whether it is a personalised item or a made to order item on individual listings so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding a product please use the contact form via the website and we will answer. To start a return process simply get in touch with your order number. The product must be returned to us in perfect condition. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels so please make sure you hold onto proof of postage. Once the item is back with us we will then issue a refund for the product cost. Postage costs are not refunded.
