SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to anywhere within the UK - If you are an international customer please use the contact page to enquire. All postage will have 'proof of postage' Due to the current pandemic we can not and will not be held responsible for situations out of our control such as Royal Mail delays. We will keep our customers updated as much as possible. All postage will be sent first class. If you require next day delivery please get in touch as this will be possible but at an extra cost. If your parcel is 'missing' but has been delivered according to the Royal Mail tracking then we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse or replace the item.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand sometimes you may change your mind and that is ok. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it in the condition it left our studio. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or made to order products.
