Please ensure that all personalisation is correct at the time of ordering. If you realise the name you entered is incorrect please get in contact with us straight away. We will not be able to help if the order has already been posted.
You will need to send an image of the hand lettering you wish to be put onto the bauble. Please send this to ivyoakdesign@gmail.com and include your order number and name.
